“In my opinion, this Lisbon property distinguishes itself with thoughtful, modern design and a clear emphasis on guest comfort, notably through its in-room technology. The hotel's central location on Avenida Almirante de Reis also makes it a solid base for exploring the city. I particularly note the on-site Italian restaurant and meeting facilities as valuable assets for both leisure and business travelers.”

mixed experience. issues need addressing
small room low quality items
the room initially assigned was quite small, seemingly less than the advertised size. the layout felt odd with the toilet and shower almost in the room itself! this setup lacked privacy. breakfast was also a disappOINTMENT with some items of low quality, it REALLY lessened the experience.

Really good Stay Near the Metro
modern design clean premises convenient location
The staff were very professional and quickly addressed any additional needs I had. The location is convenient, situated right beside the metro station. The hotel's modern design and cleanliness were very excellent, I felt comfortable. The food available was delicious. I especially appreciated the breakfast selections.
I noticed limited closet space in the room, made organizing clothing slightly challenging.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast included a variety of options, from fresh bread and spreads to tasty scrambled eggs. The hotel restaurant features an Italian menu and a selection of Portuguese wines. I found the restaurant to be a nice option for dinner.
Rooms
10/10
My room included a large, comfortable bed with quality linens and pillows. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided nice toiletries. The room also included modern controls for the curtains and lights near the bed. This added convenience.
Location
9/10
The hotel is located very close to the metro station. I found the area to be conveniently situated near many restaurants. The proximity to public transport was advantageous for exploring the city.

decent stay, a few issues
modern room metro station room amenities faulty air conditioning balcony door traffic noise
i found the room very modern! all amenities were available. a nearby metro station was very helpful. also, well kept.
unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room didn't work properly. i reported it to the front desk several times, but i was only told to 'give it time'. as a result, i had to sleep with the balcony door open. it faced a busy road and a school, so i was constantly disturbed by traffic noise and kids playing outside!
